Exchange, Returns
Local customers may exchange or return their purchases within 3 days from the delivery date of order under the following terms and conditions:
The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition/not used and can be displayed in its closed cover and cards as well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of purchase.
3. Shoes and accessories should be returned with original branded boxes, placed inside a parcel box when being shipped.
4. When trying on shoes please be careful not to leave traces on the shoe or damage the shoe box.
5. Cosmetics must be returned without opening and/or using the product while maintaining no damage to the outer packaging.
6. Socks and underwear are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
7. Gold can be returned and/or exchanged only within 24 hours of the delivery date of the product.
8. Oud, incense and its derivatives are neither returnable nor replaced.
9. Toys are not returnable or replaceable if cover opened and used.
10.Original undamaged invoice should be submitted with the item.
11.Momglamour is not responsible for the cost of delivery of the returned or replaced items from or to the customers.
Refunds
If the product received damaged or spoiled the customer should request a refund within 2days of delivery only.
Refund applicable on New, closed and unused items only.
No Refund applicable on underwear or socks items.
No Refund applicable on open or used cosmetics and makeup product or perfumes.
Refund will take up to 14 days to be processed.
