Delivery & Return Policy

The delivery estimated date is showing as well; however please keep in mind that the delivery may take longer based on “supplier packing time or production time” that may take up to 7 working days.
Or the delay by shipping company due to many reason, such as covid-19 or other uncontrollable reasons.
We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 3 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
1. Please contact our customer service department at [email protected] to provide the issue, indicating your order number, the reason and the item(s) you would like to return. We will get back to you within 48 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
Please put a note in the package and attach your order number, name, and contact number. We will check it after receiving this package.
3. Drop off your package at the local post office and the return shipping cost will be made at your own cost.
4. Most returns are processed after we receive your package.
5. if you didn’t receive your package within 90 days you are entitle for full refund as well
Returns is products fee. the original shipping fee are non-refundable.
1. You have 3 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 3 days of receipt.
2. Please provide 2 pictures for each item (One is a picture of the product, and the other is the size with explanation of the issue)
3. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, baby supplies, accessories & Jewelleries.
4. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
5. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with Customer Service first.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.
